Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed the same day for standard amounts.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bj44 will never ask for your password by email or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, chargebacks, and any attempt to exploit errors or software bugs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

1. Eligibility

1.1

Age and Capacity

To register and maintain an account on bj44 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any time.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during the registration process. False information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You must not be a resident of any country or jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable local law.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1

Account Registration

You may only hold one account at bj44 at any time. Registering multiple accounts, including accounts held by family members at the same address or accounts using the same payment method, is prohibited. bj44 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
You must notify bj44 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
bj44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.
Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure, subject to applicable legal requirements. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

2.2

Account Verification (KYC)

bj44 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving withdrawals or in response to regulatory requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bj44 may result in the withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1

Deposits

bj44 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected bank transfer options. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bj44 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bj44 account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
bj44 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on accounts at its discretion, including in accordance with responsible gaming policies.
Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been used for wagering. If you deposit funds in error before wagering, contact support immediately.

3.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment channel originally used for deposit. bj44 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bj44 aims to process standard withdrawal requests on the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.

Withdrawal requests will only be approved for accounts that have completed the required KYC verification process.
bj44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse.
Any withdrawal request submitted while a promotional wagering requirement is still active will be queued until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1

General Bonus Terms

bj44 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaign rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the account without notice.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. bj44's standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
bj44 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, including in cases where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or system errors affecting promotional outcomes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

5.1

Conduct That Is Not Permitted

bj44 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that is not the result of genuine human play.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, event, or tournament on the platform.
Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to your bj44 account. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
Exploiting any software error, game malfunction, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or evident error are void and will be reclaimed by bj44.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination

6.1

If you feel that gaming is no longer a source of entertainment and is beginning to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to make use of the following tools available on the platform:

Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) by contacting support.
Self-exclusion — permanently close your account by submitting a written self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

6.2

Account Termination by bj44

bj44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or conduct that bj44 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. In all other cases, the balance will be returned to the registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

7.1

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. bj44's total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.2

Amendments to These Terms

bj44 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of bj44 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation.
